President  of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba has argued that the democracy would be subsidiary strengthened in the country by holding all three levels of elections.
Unveiling a scrap compilation 'Chintan' (Thinking) published by Democratic Thought Society here today, leader Deuba said that the NC has a deafening answerability to behave for the national cause.
