Gas price hiked by 25 Rupee Per Cylinder

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), has hiked the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs 25. According to NOC , Bhanu Bhakta Khanal, spokesperson the decision of price-hike will be operating from Thursday. With the decision, the cost of LPG per cylinder has reached Rs 1,350 from Rs 1,325. According to Khanal the NOC is still at a loss of Rs 162 per cylinder of gas even after hiking the price. The NOC has not yet hiked the price of diesel, petrol and kerosene even if it has said that the own occurring-owned monopoly is selling these petroleum products at a loss.
