The market observing group drove by Minister for Supplies Shiva Kumar Mandal fixed four shops after customers were discovered swindling shoppers by offering items at an over the top rates.

Clergyman Shiva Kumar Mandal said the shops were found over charging, offering happy markdown by including unreasonable sum in unique cost and bills were not recorded legitimately.

Also, North Face had sold things worth Rs 13,000 yet made a bill of Rs 4,000.

CPN-Maoist pioneer Mandal summoned customers with essential records inside three days to the Ministry.

Pastor Mandal additionally said that the buyers are constrained to buy in unreasonable rates as customers are propelling for wrong practices in the general public.

"The administration is resolved to stop practices of deceiving average folks by organizing between the customers and Consumers Protection Welfare Committee," included Minister.

"We will take stern activities against the blameworthy customers according to the current laws and request, honest dealers won't be hampered by our observing group," shared Mandal.

The group likewise checked shops in City Center in Kamaladi, North Face in Thamel and Bhatbhateni in Naxal today.

Division of Supply Management and Protection of Consumers Interest Director General Kumar Dahal said customer would be reserved under Black-showcasing and some other social offenses and discipline Act 1975.
