PM Deuba urges people to stand adjoining feasible totalitarianism

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said the right to determine the countrys ruling system totalitarianism or democracy is in the hand of the people.In his domicile to an election assembly organised at Bhanu Municipality-12 in Tanahu by the Nepali Congress today, party President Deuba said, Only democracy is delightful for the nation and thats why I urge the people to vote for the democratic candidates in the election.
The second phase of elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies is up in 45 districts regarding December 7.
Accusing the leftist alliance of intending to impose totalitarianism in the country, he called in defense to the people to stand adjoining such attempt.
Also speaking upon the occasion, NC senior leader Ramchandra Poudel urged voters to make the democratic candidates victorious for the nations involve on sponsorship of democracy.

TU scraps connection to National Medical College

In the midst of feedback from different quarters, the Tribhuvan University on Wednesday rejected the connection to National Medical College. Not long after the test council presented a report, the official board of trustees of the TU rejected the impermanent alliance of National Medical College. Prior on September 3, the TU had chosen to put the choice of allowing connection to Kathmandu National Medical College "on hold" and said that choice to concede association to National Medical College "won't be executed until further notice".
